In any event, as a professional, there are steps you can and should actively take to protect your business from potential lawsuits. If you are faced with a law suit, you can also rely on those actions to bolster your defence position.

This presentation will address the levels of duties that can be found owing to a client by the mortgage agent/broker, and the types of breaches that can occur. The presentation will include advice on how best to document client instructions, and ensure important industry standards can met (if not exceeded).
