Debbie McPherson is the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Genworth Canada. She has more than 25 years of experience and success in sales and quality management with the Company.
As a member of Genworth Canada’s Senior Leadership Team, Debbie is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that support business growth objectives and drive an exceptional customer experience.
Over the years she has built a strong and reputable team of sales and marketing executives, analysts, trainers and regional account managers across the country.
She is involved in many industry organizations, including Mortgage Professionals Canada and the Canadian Real Estate Association and is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, The United Way and Home Suite Hope. Debbie graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Bill Nugent is a mortgage broker, owner and co-founder of Neighbourhood Dominion Lending Centres (NDLC) with over 25 years of mortgage brokering experience.
Bill’s vision includes equipping brokers/agents with the very best tools, ongoing education and support to ensure mortgage consumers are always given the best advice. Everything Bill implements within NDLC to help his team is based on details he has personally valued and gained knowledge of over the years as a mortgage agent and while running one of the largest mortgage brokerages in the country.
From the early days of his career, Bill has been contributing to help move the industry forward. In the early 2000s, he was part of the FirstLine and GMAC Advisory Boards as well as the Mortgage Intelligence Advisory Meetings. More recently, Bill has been invited to participate in Advisory Meetings for various lenders, including MCAP, First National and Street Capital.
